a well-respected firm that supports the information technology systems for over 70 colleges and universities across the United States. Partnering with this company, Lepore & Associates has provided management counseling and executive and leadership coaching to their customers.

Lepore brings a wealth of experience to his firm from both higher education, where he has served as an administrator and faculty member, and also as a federal government employee where he was responsible for the technology needed to compute and process field-collected scientific data. Prior to creating Lepore & Associates, he was the Vice-President of Operations and CIO at the University of the Sciences, in Philadelphia, PA, serving on the president’s cabinet. Also an officer of the corporation, Lepore was a member of the Board of Trustees helping to frame the vision and direction of this vibrant private institution.

In his previous position there as CIO, he designed and led the creation of the campus’ first complete network, initiating email and web service, and creating a fully-functioning IT department from a two-person office responsible only for the administrative system. Prior to his positions at University of the Sciences, as the Director of Administrative Computing at the University of Scranton, he implemented all five Banner modules, migrating from a legacy system. Additionally, Lepore has taught in various academic institutions as a member of the faculty.

He received a bachelor of science in industrial technology from Southern Illinois University and a master of science in management, with a concentration in micro computer applications from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. He is active in the Senior Leadership Forum of the Association of College and University Telecommunications Administrators, and is a member of EDUCAUSE, Society for College and University Planning, and the Association of California Community College Administrators.
