ERP Posture, Including Bolt-On, Integrated And Stand-Alone Administrative Software
The current status of each campus's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment is critically important. Many schools are dissatisfied with their current system because it lacks user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and several of the key functionalities that are necessary to run all of the business functions of the school. However, transitioning to a new ERP today is an extremely bold, complex, and costly move. Thus, there has been an emergence of a plethora of best of breed, bolt-on, standalone, and homegrown software products that address the inherent inadequacies of today's ERP system. This assessment would delve into this ERP and associated software world to determine the posture and positioning of the campus.
