We will evaluate the services and service desk operation for efficiency and effectiveness with a user experience perspective. Is there a backlog of tickets/requests? Is ticket tracking helping or slowing quality responses? Are the service technicians comfortable with the operation? Is quality customer service the goal? This evaluation will be benchmarked against industry standards such as Educause's Core Data.
