He has a proven track record of expertly managing annual budgets of over $2 million and overseeing multi-million dollar capital projects such as new buildings, technology labs and comprehensive infrastructure upgrades along with educational technology assessment and implementation, ERP replacement and project management. He has vast knowledge developing, implementing and managing technology policies and governance structures within higher ed from scratch. John is experienced in accreditation, campus-wide disaster recovery planning, IT audits, strategic planning, and assessing and enhancing user support services and classroom technology. John has a demonstrated history of effectively recruiting, developing and mentoring skilled technology personnel.
